Administrative Console

The centralized, secure Administrative Console of In-portal Platform allows you to manage your entire web site and all of its related services. The Administrative Console features an intuitive and easy to use interface. For example, all of data lists are automatically equipped with capabilities for editing, viewing, sorting, searching and filtering.

In-portal Platform utilizes the approach inherited from In-link, the leading directory management product developed by Intechnic, to store and present data through an organized hierarchical structure of categories and elements contained within (Central Catalog), allowing for the most logical and intuitive organization of information on your site. This structure along with the core functions of In-portal Platform is shared by all modules regardless of their functionality. The interface of the Catalog is similar to the File Explorer in Microsoft Windows™, allowing users to work with multiple items and categories, just like with files and folders on your computer, including but not limited to moving, copying and pasting categories and items.

Template Based

One of the strongest features of In-portal is that its looks are separate from the functionality. In-portal is completely template-based, meaning that the front-end output can be modified, customized and integrated into any web site, existing or new, and for any design or layout. In simple words, you can customize In-portal to look like anything you want. You will never have to do any programming or work with the code. In-portal has built-in template editors that allow you to modify the looks of In-portal using visual interfaces without the need of to know HTML. For advanced users, you can work with In-portal’s templates that are plain HTML with special In-portal tags signifying where the system outputs the dynamic content. In fact, In-portal template engine is so flexible that you can create your own templates, have nested templates, declare your own tags, and customize the output in any way or form.
